The system is designed to make the experience effortless. Choose a time, arrive at the studio and everything is already prepared. Lighting, optics and technical settings are pre calibrated for consistent and accurate results.
Sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. This ensures availability, reduces no shows and keeps the experience smooth and predictable.
You receive a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows are not refundable.
Yes. The studio is private, quiet and ideal for pets that are comfortable in new environments. The lighting is soft and fully pre set, so you can focus on the moment.
The studio is optimized for up to four people. This ensures comfort, space and consistent lighting for everyone.
No. To keep the experience clean, efficient and private, we do not offer styling on site. You will have a large mirror and neutral lighting for any final adjustments.
You receive every photo taken during your session. Most clients capture between 250 and 350 images in one hour.
You receive your images exactly as they are captured in the studio. They are technically correct and ready to use.If you want color grading or retouching, this can be added as an optional service.
You receive high resolution unprocessed images exactly as they come from the camera. Original RAW files can be delivered upon request for an additional fee.
You receive a personal download link the same day.
Your files remain available for 7 days before they are permanently deleted for privacy and storage protection.
Important download information
Because the files are large, we recommend downloading on a computer.
Some Mac devices automatically move ZIP files to the Trash after extraction.
If you see fewer images than expected, open your Trash, locate the ZIP file, move it to your Desktop and unzip it again.
Each image is captured with professional optics, calibrated lighting and precision settings developed by a photographer. The result is sharp, modern and accurate portraits ready for CVs, LinkedIn, websites, prints and personal use the same day.
