We respect your privacy. All editing is automated, and your photos are securely stored for 10 days. During this time, you can access or purchase the raw files if needed. After 10 days, they are automatically deleted.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours of the session.
Yes, pets are welcome! As long as your pet is well-trained for public spaces and comfortable with studio lighting and flashes, they can join in on the fun. Whether it’s a dog, cat, or another companion, we want them to feel relaxed and stress-free during the session.
Our studio comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, making it perfect for sessions with friends, family, or colleagues. If your group is larger, please let us know in advance. Note: The price includes up to 6 people.
We don't have dedicated stylists on-site, but we do have a large mirror for any last-minute touch-ups. Arrive looking your best, and we’ll take care of the rest!If you'd like to do your makeup at our studio, please note it will be counted as part of your scheduled session time and charged accordingly.
The number of photos is entirely up to you! You will receive all the photos you take during your session at the studio. With our easy-to-use remote, you’ll capture as many shots as you want. On average, clients take around 200 photos in one hour.
Yes! All photos are automatically processed and ready to go. If you'd like, you can edit them further, but we make sure they’re just right before sending them your way. If you'd like your photos professionally retouched, you can order this service along with your session for an additional fee.
You’ll receive high-resolution images, perfect for sharing on social media, printing in albums, or framing. Every photo you take is high-quality, with every detail captured clearly.
We’ll send you a Dropbox link with all your photos on the same day. Be sure to download them within 10 days, as we can’t store them longer.
We store the raw format of your photos, but please note that it will be automatically deleted after 10 days. If you need the RAW file, let us know before then, and we can send it to you for an additional fee.
