We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make the cancellation and rescheduling process as clear and fair as possible. Please take a moment to read our cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

‍Methods of Cancellation:
You can cancel your booking via email or by calling us directly. We will promptly process your cancellation once received.

‍Refund Policy:
• Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before your scheduled time.
• No Refund: If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund.

‍Refund Processing:
Refunds for cancellations eligible for a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 4-7 business days.

‍Rescheduling:
If you need to change your booking, we can assist with rescheduling up to 24 hours in advance. Please contact us via email to make the necessary adjustments.

‍Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you encounter an unavoidable situation, please reach out to us immediately, and we will do our best to find a solution.

No Show Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled session. However, if you fail to show up without prior cancellation, the following will apply:

• Definition: A "no show" refers to failing to arrive for your session without canceling in advance.
• Charges: If you do not attend your scheduled session and fail to cancel, you will be charged the full rental fee for the booked time.

To avoid being charged for a "no show," please ensure that you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance. You can do so via email or by calling us directly.
