Thank you for choosing MirrorMe Concept! To ensure you have an enjoyable and safe experience, please take a moment to read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
The photoshoot time includes both setup and breakdown. Shooting time starts from your booking time, not when you first enter the studio. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of your rental period. We kindly ask you to arrive at least 15-10 minutes before your scheduled time. Your session will end at the scheduled finish time.
Deposits or advance payments are non-refundable unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Additional Charges:
Any additional time beyond the agreed session will be charged at the studio's hourly rate, calculated after the photoshoot.
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Methods:
You can cancel via email or phone. We will process your cancellation promptly.
Refund Policy:
• Full Refund: If canceled more than 24 hours in advance.
• No Refund: If canceled less than 24 hours before the session.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 4-7 business days to your original payment method.
Rescheduling:
Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your session via email.
Emergency Situations:
In the case of an emergency, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in the full rental fee being charged. Please ensure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend.
For your safety, please follow all provided safety instructions. Do not unplug any equipment, as this could cause malfunctions.
We expect all guests to behave respectfully in the studio. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
Please handle our backdrops and equipment with care. Damage will result in additional charges.
Damage to Equipment/Backdrops: Charges will apply based on the severity of the damage.
Our studio features a special mirror. Please do not touch or damage it. Any damages will incur a 50 000 kr charge. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the mirror.
No alcohol or smoking is allowed in the studio. A 5000 kr fine will apply for violations.
If the studio is left in an excessively messy condition, a cleaning fee of 500–1000 kr will be charged. Please clean your shoes before entering to help maintain the cleanliness of our backdrops. A replacement fee of 700–1000 kr applies for any torn or damaged backdrops.
Pets are welcome! Please notify us in advance and follow our pet policy to ensure a smooth session. Ensure your pet is well-behaved and doesn't cause damage.
Standard occupancy is up to 4 people. Additional guests will incur a 300 kr charge per person from the 5th individual. Please inform us ahead of time for any adjustments.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the studio. Please take all your items with you upon leaving.
You will receive at least 70% good shots. Some may be out of focus due to movement. We recommend pressing the shutter button every 5 seconds for better results.
Any damage to studio equipment or property will result in charges for repair or replacement. Please report any damages immediately.
